IMG_3705[1]Welcome back to the 2014 Cross Country Season.. Here’s our team WOD posting this morning.. After our 1 hour session of drills! This was a partner challenge. 200 sit ups/200 m. run. Partner A runs while partner B does sit ups. The teams play tag until all 200 sit ups are complete.. This was for time. Tomorrow, long intervals!
